- How do I care for my Departure Jeans?
- This fabric is made with natural indigo dye so the color may transfer to white and lighter colors. For best results, wash garment inside out with dark colors (or alone). Machine wash warm 104° F (40° C) with like colors, use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry normal or hang dry. Remove promptly. Warm iron if needed.
- How do I ensure my Departure Jeans always look their best?
- Remember to remove immediately from washer and dryer. If needed, warm iron to remove creasing. In case a stain happens, we suggest using a mild dish soap to clean it.
- Can my Departure Jeans be altered?
- Yes, they can be altered as long as your tailor is comfortable working with the material.

These fit better and have a better pocket structure than the previous Bluffworks jeans, which I also loved. I get the standard fit (not skinny) and these have enough fitting to feel and look great while not being tight OR looking loose/baggy - superb middle ground for fitting that looks great!!!

This review is based off of only trying them on and immediately realizing they weren't right for me. The quality of the fabric does seem good, with nice stretch, but nothing really fantastic. The side pocket does not feel all that handy since it's cumbersome to open and close, and just adds bulk to your leg. The thing that really decided it for me is the fit - like a straight tube from the waist to the hem. Perhaps I'm just picky and like pants that actually follow the design of my body - widest at the waist, and tapering down to my feet. This is a very straight fit, and despite ordering a 33 waist, it still fits like a small 32 in most brands. Overall, the fit, fabric, and features feel more like a $25 pair of jeans - and I've had cheaper jeans fit me better in the past. For high-quality jeans that cost a lot, I will be sticking to Duer in the future.

Love the new passport pocket in the upper thigh area, much more accessible than under the rear pocket. Fit is just as good as the 2.0 Departure Jeans.
